GETTING STARTED

There are three ways to begin a Pilates program: individual lessons, lessons shared with a partner (duets), or group lessons.
Choosing the right class is an important decision.

Consider your answers to the following questions:
How much time do I realistically have to practice Pilates?
What changes in my body and lifestyle am I hoping to accomplish through my Pilates practice?
Do I have any physical limitations or concerns about my body that could come up in class?
Do I need the responsibility of an appointment to keep myself consistent?
Am I comfortable in a group setting or do I need the attention and direction of a private lesson?
What kind of budget can I comfortably work with for my training?
Once you know the answers to the above questions, we can assist you in designing the best programs for your needs.

INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
MAT CLASSES: 45 minutes. Reservations recommended. Group class, maximum 7 students. One week of unlimited mat classes $30. Beginner mat class will familiarize you with foundation Pilates work and connecting your "core" muscles, the abdomen, back and hips. These classes will introduce you to Pilates movement and language, and are designed for clients new to Pilates mat work. This small class size allows the instructor to focus more intently on your alignment, breathing and precision of movement. When you are comfortable with the movement and ready for more of a challenge, you are welcome to move on to the Open Pilates mat classes.

NEW Introductory Sampler is 2 private sessions, one beginner mat class and one tower class for $135.

APPARATUS SESSIONS: Five 55-minute sessions for $238. By appointment. (Offer expires one month from date of purchase.)
A private Pilates session is one-on-one with an instructor. You utilize the Pilates apparatus and incorporate the matwork into each session. Highliy recommended for first-time clients and people who like to have 100% of an instructor's attention. This is a great way to familiarize yourself with the language and movement of Pilates.
